BELVOIR FARM ELDERFLOWER LEMONADE (500ml, £2 and 4 x 330ml multi-pack, £4.75, Waitrose) is based on Belvoir Farm’s traditional 40-year-old family cordial recipe, blending hand-picked elderflowers with pressed lemon juice, sparkling spring water, a little sugar and stevia2 for a delicately floral taste. 20 calories per 100ml.
