Now the UK is coming out of lockdown, tell us about the return of the London superfast service? We relaunched our London Superfast Service on the 12th March, and serving all stops in the West Country daily.
Where do you drop off in London? Our drop off location is Hammersmith Bus Station, which is directly above the District and Piccadilly line, making it ideal for sightseeing and getting around London quickly.
Will there be a courier service? We may have courier back on board in June depending on the last stage of the government roadmap
What onboard facilities are there? We have free Wifi and charging points on board plus the use of a washroom.
Where are the pick-up points in Mendip? We have several pick-up locations including: Street, Glastonbury, Wells, Shepton Mallet and Frome, which are all services daily.
How long is the journey? Depending on which stop you board the coach to London, you can be in London in 3 hours.
Can I bring my own refreshments? This may change in June, but due to COVID, we would recommend to avoid eating and drinking on our vehicles.
What COVID measures are in place? We have been awarded the Visit England “We’re Good To Go” certificate. Confirming that we have the correct procedures in place to enable safe travel for our customers. For full details on COVID measures, please see our website.
Do I need to wear a face mask when travelling with you? Wearing a face mask whilst travelling is now a requirement on public transport, for those 11 years and older, unless you have been advised not to for medical reasons or due to a disability.
