Saturday, November 13th, sees the supremely talented folk/blues singer Sally Barker, in concert at the Assembly Room in the Town Hall.

Sally was Tom Jones’s protégé on The Voice, where her performances in reaching the final regularly reduced Tom and many others to tears. She has her teenage sons to thank as much as Sir Tom, as it was they who persuaded to try out for the show.

She has regularly performed at Fairport Convention’s Cropredy Festival, so it’s appropriate that for her first Devizes show, she is focussing on the music of Sandy Denny, along with the timeless Joni Mitchell. 

For all fans of folk music, and anyone who just appreciates a great singer and classic songs, come along and enjoy a terrific evening of superb music.
