The team at McFarlane Sales & Lettings are thrilled to open the doors to their new office in Marlborough’s historic High Street.
McFarlane’s is a small independent residential Sales and Lettings agency with offices in Cricklade, Swindon’s Old Town, Redhouse Village and now Marlborough.
McFarlane’s has been working closely with SLCA of Marlborough for a few years, who themselves have been resident on the Marlborough High Street since 1983. With the opening of our new office at 106 High Street in Marlborough it was decided that the McFarlane name would be used whilst still retaining the values and ethos associated with SLCA of Marlborough.
Our new office offers a warm welcome to our past, current and future clients in Marlborough and the surrounding villages. We are on hand to assist you in any of your future moves or property investments. Between us, we have a wealth of knowledge within the property sector and are available to offer assistance and guidance wherever required.
We have enhanced our specialist and bespoke lettings and management service which provides all of our landlords with a dedicated Tenancy Manager, comprehensive tenant referencing and optional Rent Guarantee insurance. Our new Residential Sales department also provides an equally specialist service with expert advice from a highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly team.
