We are sure there are many pet owners that have never considered having their pet cremated, or those that do, are not aware that you do not have to leave your beloved pet with your vet, you can choose to entrust them with a Crematorium of your choice. 

At Companions at Peace, we know only too well how sad that time is, also how important the lasting memories of their final journey are. Having that peace of mind to know that they have been looked after with dignity and respect.

A common question we get asked is how you go about having your pet cremated with us at Companions at Peace.  Whatever the circumstances, a phone call to us will be all that is required to start the process.  We can then arrange a time that suits you to bring your pet to us, or for an individual collection from your home or vet surgery. 

We have a quiet and peaceful farewell room that offers bereaved owners a chance to say their final goodbyes to their beloved pet, where you will not be rushed, and you can take as much time as you need. We offer a choice of caskets, urns and scatter tubes, and aim to return your pet’s ashes to you within 24/48 hours.

At Companions at Peace we only carry out genuine individual cremations, we do not conduct communal cremations or carry out the incineration of veterinary clinical waste.
